Towards A Low-carbon Economy Through Chemical Science & Technology

CSCST-UK invites the submission of one-A4-page abstracts on the theme of Chemical Science & Technology towards a Low-carbon Economy at the upcoming annual conference.
Submissions are encouraged from all levels of academia: faculty, graduate students and undergraduates and industrial perspectives as well. Some of the possible topics are listed here.
The abstracts to be sent as PDF or Word documents to cscstuk@googlemail.com by 15th September 2010. Please refer to Submission for guidelines.
This year's conference aims to bring together researchers and engineers in the fields of energy, chemistry, chemical engineering and biochemistry to share their knowledge and experiences in low-carbon related researches and projects, to highlight progresses made in the world, particularly UK and China, and to promote ideas exchanges and collaborations. The conference programme will include plenary lectures, keynote talks, selected oral presentations and poster presentations, to be announced later on our website.
Selected papers for this conference will be recommended to in the special issue of Particuology for publication, subjecting to the normal peer review process. Complying with the exclusive publication rules, we will also arrange focus sections for specific topics on Journal of Environmental Sciences or Journal of Chemical Technology and Biotechnology.
