Submission Guidelines
Prospective authors are invited to submit abstract written in English. All submissions will be peer-reviewed by experts in the field based on originality, significance, quality and clarity. The Abstract form should be completed in accordance with the MS-Word abstract template obtained from the conference site. This will help the Organizing Committee keep the participants informed about the progress of the reviewing process.
The Abstract should be sent to cscstuk@googlemail.com in a Microsoft Word (.doc) format file using the provided template labeled with the surname name of the presenting author, presentation type and topic field as file name.
Example of the abstract filenames:
Smith_Oral_T1.doc or pdf if Smith submits an abstract for a lecture
fallen
into Topic 1
Smith_Poster_T2.doc or pdf if Smith offers a poster for that given contribution
to Topic 2
Subject line of email should read " First Author's NAME-Oral/Poster-Topic
x ";. It is the author's responsibility to make sure all co-authors' names and affiliations information is also available. Please indicate if you
are a student.
The
submission should be made no later than 5 September 2010 (Sunday) 15
September 2010 (Wednesday)

We would notify you the review results of your abstract as early as we can, normally in 2 weeks. Once you receive the abstract acceptance notice, please prepare the full paper for reviews in order to catch up with the special issue.
